Curson Holdings provides an advisory and operating base for Alex’s participation in selected projects. The nature of that participation varies with the venture and the contribution required.
Some relationships begin at the concept stage. Others involve an established business seeking a new partner, a development project bringing its team together or an opportunity to connect complementary ventures.

Understanding each project relationship
A project associated with Curson Holdings is described according to our actual role. Advisory participation, commercial collaboration and equity ownership are different relationships.
Where Alex has an equity interest, that interest is held through his separate ownership vehicle. The relevant project company and its appointed team remain responsible for their own activities. Curson Holdings’ contribution is defined within the agreed engagement.
Connecting complementary projects
Our involvement across different sectors creates opportunities to explore useful connections. A development venture may benefit from a hospitality operator, a construction partner or a creative team already working within Alex’s wider network. Those relationships are considered on their merits and agreed by the parties involved.
