A defined role in each venture

We begin with the project and the contribution Alex can make. That provides the basis for deciding whether Curson Holdings should become involved and how the relationship should work.

  1. Understand the opportunity

We establish the purpose of the venture, its current stage, the people involved and the decisions ahead. Early conversations focus on what the project needs and whether Alex’s interests, relationships and experience are relevant to those needs.

  2. Agree the contribution

We define the role of Curson Holdings and the work it will undertake. This helps participants understand responsibilities, expected outputs and how the advisory relationship fits alongside the project company and any separate ownership arrangements.

  3. Bring the relevant people together

We develop the relationships required for the agreed work. Depending on the project, that may involve an operator, a development partner, a creative business, a technical specialist or another commercial participant.

  4. Progress the work

We support communication and coordination around the agreed priorities. As the project develops, the scope can be reviewed so our involvement remains useful and consistent with the venture’s requirements.

Working principles

  • Personal involvement from Alex in the relationships the company undertakes.
  • Clear responsibilities and commercial terms for each engagement.
  • Accurate descriptions of project roles and associations.
  • Respect for confidential discussions and partner information.
  • Use of relevant specialists for the work a project requires.

We aim to contribute where there is a clear reason for our involvement and a practical path for the work to move forward.
